Product Description:
LS type spiral conveyor is a kind of continuous conveyor equipment to use screw rotation.LS screw conveyor is the international standard products, and using ISO1050-75 standard.Its Design and manufacturing meet the professional standards of ZBJ81005.1～2-88 LS spiral conveyor.LS type spiral conveyor has 12 specifications,the diameter is 100mm-1250mm,and including two forms,single drive and double drive,the largest length of single- drive spiral machine is 40m(the oversize type is 30m),double drive spiral machine adopts the disconnected shaft structure in the middle,the largest length can reach 80m(the oversize type is 60m),the screw conveyor’s length is a grade per 0.5m,can choose it according to the requirements,its bearing of head and tail are placed out of the shell of the screw; reduce the intrusion of dust to the bearing chamber and increase the service life of critical components.The middle hanging bearing adopts two kinds of structures,rolling and sliding,they can change each other,small resistance,strong sealing,good wear resistance.the bearing bush has many materials for the users to choose according to the different occasions,such as powder metallurgy,nylon,babbitt metal and so on.On the outside of the hanging bearing machine mounted an oil cup,to facilitate centralized lubrication.Inlet and outlet position is flexible, and added the electric type spout,it is convenient to control automatically.It also can base the users’ requirement to configure the speed warning device.
LS type spiral conveyor is widely used in national economic departments,such as construction industry,metallurgy,chemical industry,electronic power,coal,machinery,light industry,food and other industries,and suitable for conveying powder,granular,small block materials,such as cement,coal,grain,fertilizer,ash,sand,and coke etc，, but it does not suitable for conveying t perishable, viscous, easy caking materials.LS screw conveyor’s working temperature is -20 to 40 °C,and the temperature of transported materials is -20 to 80 °C,.LS Screw conveyor should be located level and placed in a small angle,and the tilt angle is not more than 15 °. If the angle is too large,please choose GX series spiral conveyor,or contract our technical department and we will design for you individually.
